Washington studio School Open Art Critiques

WSS Open Art Critiques are back! whether you have a piece you’re stuck on or want to learn the art of critiques, this event is for you!

Whether you'd like to participate or simply observe, everyone is welcome. These critiques are free and open to WSS students and the General public alike, to offer constructive feedback on artwork in progress.

RSVP is required to reserve your spot to receive a critique.

Critiques are conducted by WSS faculty and will allow you to engage in a stimulating discussion with peers and professional artists.

RSVP is not required for spectators, but helpful so we know how many people to expect.

Important Things To Know:

  • We will have time for approximately 8 Critiques with a time allotment of 10 minutes each.

  • Please arrive promptly at 6 pm as we will begin with the first critique session promptly.

  • If you are not present when called upon we will move to the next person and return to you if time allows.

  • Tardiness of more than 30 minutes may result in forfeiture of your time allotment.
